For some years already, I’ve been attracted by birds, dogs, city-foxes, city-rats.. all kind of animals. Now, I live in the town by the sea and I am very alert to sounds of seagulls, baby-seagulls especially.
One day, on my morning walk, I sat on the platform where they keep sailing boats. I had an apple for a breakfast. I took my apple, took s bite. A young seagull flought near me. I said to it:”I have only an apple. I got nothing for you.” It flew away. But after some monutes, I realised, that it standed right next to my shoulder on the bench, where I was sitting. Ok, I took a bite from my apple and threw it to the seagull. For my surprise, it ate it! I continued doing so: shared my breakfast apple with this seagull, who ate every bite I offered. I was amused. The bird was so insisting: ”I want to share the apple with you!”
It was a wonderful and funny experience.
My spirit is literally going "you screwed up too badly, I can't really help you anymore."
My husband and I were driving out west for vacation this summer. I said, "I want to move out here." I was thinking this over and over, and my intuition said, "Say this out loud!"...Well, doors have opened up in unimaginable ways since then. Criteria that needed to be met to make this sort of move are being met one-by-one. I still have SO much fear, however, your description of people who are "negative barking dogs" made me laugh out loud...really :) Thank you for the reassurance, your channel, and your passion. Hi Sonia, let me start off by saying how much I love your videos. You have such a calming presence in addition to having such important messages/information for all of us. I wanted to share this very interesting thing that happened to me today…. I bought a lipgloss exactly a month ago. I received it on June 22 soon after I tried it, the lipgloss went missing. On and off I searched everywhere around the house, I finally kinda gave up.. yesterday I lost my prescription readers. Again, I went searching everywhere around the house a few times.. couldn’t find them.. today, as I watched your video I told my self, let me call on my spirit guides to help me find my reading glasses, which I did out loud, lo and behold literally 5 or 7 minutes later, I find my lipgloss and a minute or two after my husband comes upstairs wearing my glasses and telling: look what I found! I was astonished……. First I find the thing I lost first then a couple of minutes later the other items shows up! That is powerful stuff! I had to share…. Thank you, Sonia for the guidance ❤
YES!! I needed this. I just experienced this last week. Been getting that “feeling” I need to leave my job. Ended up resigning without another job last week. I’m kinda freaking out but at the same time there is a piece of me that is SO calm and knows that the Universe has a plan and my job is just to trust it. Still a little scary though.

Two years ago I was in a workplace that tested me on every level. Very important to my growth but also quite a narcissistic/ abusive environment. Eventually I arrived at exactly the same place you did- a peaceful, serene, but strong message that it was time to go. I knew it was the right choice because if how right and peaceful it felt. Despite some people in my life suggesting I was making a mistake. I had no new job to fall back on, nothing. And I landed my dream job a few months later!
This is the way I understand this for myself, perhaps you may resonate- I had to decide I deserve better and quit. In the same way that it is not good to jump from one relationship into another, I had to prove to myself that I was not at anybodies mercy. I was also unable to attract my new job while I was in the old job. They are literally polar opposites. I was manifesting peace but I was working myself to the bone and stress was eating me alive. I had to have a period of rest to jump onto the new vibrational reality.
I BELIEVE THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS COMING TO YOU AS WELL!
I understand the anxiety, everything "logical" in my brain was telling me I had made a mistake. But deep down I just KNEW I made the right choice, and something better was coming.

It also helps me to realise it was the right choice. I’m glad you took that step though. I’ve been in a abusive / narcissistic work place and it’s hell. You did and do deserve better. But exactly this. It’s what I’m thinking too. Sometimes you have to trust and let one door close before the right one opens for you. I will definitely be updating you WHEN that time comes because I know it will and I know it will be AMAZING.

All of them landed fantastic jobs soon after, and all of them had quit their old jobs with nothing. A friend before me quit our workplace before me and had the same message for me, so now I feel like I am passing the torch to others 🥰 definitely some huge shifts happening in the collective. Hi Sonia, after working at a job I've loved for 18 years, I'm stepping off the ledge and retiring. When asking spirit when to go, a firm answer, Sept, came through. Though a family member is not happy, I'm going anyway. I just know everything is going to be alright. Soon, I'll be moving toward a new adventure. Thank you Spirit guides, Universe and others.
In my current experience, I left my Job(abuse, underpaid) without a feeling of connection from my Higher Self! I used to get downloads, confirmation, yes, used to all the time. I meditate 3 x times a day, and there is nothing coming through. Maybe I am expecting to much? I’m willing to listen and to make the change if I know what that is? I'd been living in Ashland for a few years and I had a good job and a cozy situation but I woke up at 4am just a few days ago, and my inner voice was like "that's it, we've had enough, we're going north to Portland." Yep!!! I’ve been on ssi disability for 12 years, and suddenly am confronted with their doctors telling me that I am NOT disabled., I am not appealing it, going back to work full time , just to get me thru school ive just been accepted with financial aid to accomplish, and basically jumping ALL IN , and have a second chance at the life I want at age 53!!! I am 2 years into my recovery from a life long battle with opioid addiction… and even tho SO SCARY…. I am really doing it! And I know I am protected by my Universe❤️❤️❤️so thank you for confirming all of this to be true! I also have IMMENSE FAMILY SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THIS VERY CHALLENGING YET EXCITING TIME!!!

It is my intuition. And I ignored it and I denied it. People around me never get it, I gave my power away and people around me don't get it.
It's been a recent development of finding and watching spiritual enlightening videos like yours and at 79 looking back I've had a myriad of these kind of experiences but never gave them a second thought but has directed my life as I have followed these inner messages and it has always led me to a betterment of my life - spiritually and communally. There have been times when I didn't and it did not turn out so well. I am so grateful that in spite of my totally ignorance of these guides directions that they were always there helping me. There is nothing spectacular in my life but when all considered, I have led a "charmed" life through the help of my guides. It's so comforting to reflect back and see where my guides have been working for me - some even, literally, life saving.

Wow, this started happening to me in October 2022, when I was literally hanging upside down on a new piece of exercise equipment in my living room looking at my laundry closet. For the past few years since I got a new and much larger washer/dryer, I didn't have enough room in the closet to store the detergent and etc. . All of a sudden I realized that I didn't have a problem with the size of the closet, I had a problem with the size of the detergent bottles because a small bottle of detergent I'd picked up at a liquor store (sitting in the hallway) could easily fit in the space between the dryer and the closet door! I was also present to how I felt when the stab of that intuitive thought flashed through my mind: I was completely relaxed and my mind was quiet as I sank into the relief of having my spine stretched out a I hung upside down. My mind seemed to hold a space for wonder to show up as I cast my gaze around the room and it landed on the laundry closet. With no sound coming from my ego, a truly creative solution to a three year old problem I hadn't even been worrying about just seemed to pop into my head. So I started exploring how to recreate this mindset and discovered that the easiest way is to make art. When I'm in the creative flow, everything feels easy and effortless. I also noticed that when I play upbeat music I naturally feel like I have more energy and it feels like it takes much less effort to skip down the street as opposed to trudging under the constant pressure of the daily grind. I've continued to explore new ways of achieving this state and it's morphed into an entire new and empowered way of living and feels like the law of attraction on steroids. After leaving the workforce in August 2021after burning out while covering three positions, I'm now launching five new ventures, including a nonprofit financial consulting practice and a nonprofit organization to be able to serve the smaller nonprofits who can't afford my standard nonprofit billing rates. I'm making art and fashion designs like no one is watching and have generated hundreds of Instagram followers who've asked me how they can buy my designs, mostly by being stuck in airports for three days coming home from a trip to the east coast just before July fourth. Bless you for providing such clear guidance and creating so much leverage for raising the vibration of the planet and helping others learn to live the law of attraction and to co-create their own life story. OH I told myself if i ever got to speak with you, I wanted to let you know that the Angels/guides of Parking lol I felt silly when I first tried it, but they didn't care I felt silly .. I felt this energy of laughter coming from them and the moment I arrived to the restaurant not only was there a front row parking spot, but as I was about to parallel park, the car in front of that spot left so I no longer needed to parallel park I just pulled I'm, and then THERE WENT THE CAR PARKED BEHIND both those spots. So I literally had three spots up at the front of the restaurant on the street when the rest of the lot AND the street was completely took. And there was no one around taking those spots that became available for me until I was leaving. Lol it was so strange... and it was also a powerful moment for me and my connection because any doubt I had I tried to ignore but that took my doubt away!

Many seeking truth *fail to find* 'cos they're easily led astray by worldly logic, high sensuality, vain imagination or specious mysticisms. I know I was. I'm an ex neo-vedantic (hindu roots) new ager. I used to be into so much "spiritual" stuff: trance channelings, ancient wisdom, gnosticism, psychedelics, hindu gurus and buddhist mystics. I was illuminated by the *kundalini (serpent) spirit* then 7 years ago I got properly enlightened by the *HOLY SPIRIT* who showed me what a fool I was before. Spirit led me to the real *Jesus Christ* and everything changed - paradigm shifted. This is being *BORN AGAIN* and it's an ongoing surprise to me 😁
It escapes the notice of our self-absorbed, glamour-saturated world that we're in a spiritual war for souls. The immensity of ignorance is astonishing: the dark powers bedazzling the minds of the masses (Ephesians 6:12). We've inherited ancient spiritual subversion: the earth is fallen. The holistic fields of nature are fallen state. Life kills and feeds upon itself. *Mankind is a spiritually fallen race highly prone to deceit and delusion.* Frankly, we need a *Saviour* and by Jesus Christ we have a *Glorious One*
As a new ager I couldn't believe it but in the *Light of Spirit* Jesus really is the *Way, the truth and the Life* just like He said: no one comes to God except through Jesus, there's no other way (Matthew 7:13-14). As a neo-vedantist I wasn't convinced (I was damn sure I knew better) but turns out the Bible is Spirit breathed, written by men inspired by the *Holy Spirit.* Jesus is vividly portrayed and endorsed in the new testament, in fact he's apparent in the old testament too (Luke 24:27 & 44) and by the *Light of Spirit* we're allowed to *see* that and *know Him.* Any previously perceived discrepancies or contradictions are ironed out and the supernatural narrative flows most beautifully. The Bible is the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

I recently started my spiritual path again. I had families and friends who shunned me for furthering this path, because of religious beliefs and so I stopped pursuing it for 6 months. I recently had the strong urge to pursue it again because I became overwhelmed with love and happiness. So I'm going to continue regardless how others think or feel about my path. Trust your intuition always. Sending everyone love and blessings.

Sonia thanks so much for this video and great tips . After starting morning guided meditations , I find that it is easier to notice the "Voices" in my head. Some would say things my mother used to or other negative things teachers said, which my Ego loves to repeat. It has taken awhile to clear them out , kinda like rebooting a computer. Now I can hear clearer , gentle messages that I call "the whisperings" . Looking forward to following the breadcrumbs and seeing what happens .

Hi Sonia, I came across your channel a few months back and enjoy your videos very much. I have purchased a few of your books on Audible as well and listen to them in my car when I drive. I appreciate that YOU narrate and can feel your positive vibrations flowing through as you speak. I hope to make that journey to Paris one day too. I’m at the point where I sometimes listen - I sometimes hear it. Sometimes I hear it but am too distracted or I just think oh that’s my monkey mind.
I have big time been receiving guidance its been happening now for a month or two. Its crazy because i have been struggling to gain a connection again for the last year maybe two, when just before that i might as well have been having full blown conversations with my guides (actually, i kind of was, especially when driving and when bothered or when they helped which was often i would pour out gratitude because i know its important to let my guides know that i am grateful for everything, small and big).
I think i had relapsed at one point and was going through this phase where i was disconnecting all the cords that everyone had attached to me through control and when i did it it came out in an angry, rebellious way. However, even tho this was somewhat harmful, and the choices i made as i was trying to escape these controlling cords worried others and harmed me, i knew whatever was happening was needed. The separation was needed. I NEEDED to take my power back. I was 30! Just got out of a controlling relationship, had a controlling best friend, and my father who stays with me has always been controlling.
Anyways, i still struggled connecting before, during, and after this. However, a couple months ago i thought to myself, i bet i got mad about something and said something stupid at some point, pushing my guides away at a possible request or demand unintentionally... so i decided to pray and ask for their support once more. Im trying to get clean, and my husband in prison i want him home! But anyways, next thing you know my intuition comes back and its so strong!!! THEN here come the numbers... at first the numbers were specific. And they warned me of something big and said it may be hurtful at first however you will get through it and itll be a new experience and a new area of growth on the otherside.. and they were right. When the (first) hard part happened, my guides began showing me a million different series' of numbers that was too much for me to understand. So im thinking MAYBE they are not sending a specifc message but letting me know they here? Idk exactly.. but that big thing that happened i thought was going to harm my marriage did the opposite. Once we got through the fight of the reveal (i had been using for a good minute now), i learned that my husband was dealing with a very similar struggle and almost the exact same time frame, and so we actually hot closer through this honesty and we made a plan together. Tomorrow I quit the habit again... and him too. He is not so much an addict ad i am, however I dont put it passed that because his mother is a skitso/addict, that he too can get as lost as me. We both didnt want to hurt each other. But now we are supporting each other. And in this process i am grateful that my connection with my guides has regrown and quickly stregthened, as well as my intuition, because its so much more difficult to stay clean when i feel alone especially in a spiritual sense. I CRAVE to be connected. When im not im lost. And ive been list for too long now.
