In this time black people need something that will help us to grow and display unity. Reprogramming your subconscious, (that controls most of your daily decisions) is a major thing we can do.
We haven’t had the therapy for the traumas we’ve been through. So we have to take it into our own hands. Reciting or listening to positive affirmations is extremely beneficial in the healing process, and to achieving success in all aspects of your life.
