Currently at 85% completion for this game, lot of tasks. They patched the game breaking bug I experienced the other day. Pro I recommend getting to hitman level for machine pistols, it’s super useful!
I think a smg with himan level is more useful than a normal Uzi, I think both take same time to kill someone on foot, but smg can destroy a car much faster than Uzi, especially during drive-by's, and hitman skill will allow you to walk while aiming or targetting.
Honestly, I just noticed the subtlety of Woozie being blind. Touch the sofa before sitting down. Prior to the "reveal" he has his 2 assistants guiding him. The small things... sadly the Definitive edition is pretty oof
Now I think about it, some Vietnamese citizens left after South Vietnam fell and the boat crisis. I have a slight assumption that the Da Nang Boys might have some former viet cong and south Vietnamese army soldiers working as gangsters

I'm loving these remasters. Got my platinum on III & Vice City. Just made it to Angel Pine in San Andreas. I will say I am seeing more visual bugs now that I've made it to San Andreas. The dance missions are beyond borning now too. Otherwise, I got what I paid for.... slightly polished visuals with updated controls.
I love doing the glitch for Outrider. Grab a satchel, line up at the van door. And lightly toss the satchel to make it land at the rear of the van. Collect the sniper rifle and rocket launcher if needed. Run back to the sedan. Trigger the satchel to blow up and set the van on fire but NOT destroy it. Enter the car IMMEDIATELY after you trigger the satchel and drive into the marker. Then go to the van and enter, the driver of the van will exit if you do it right. You can reverse and head up the road to the factory and finish the mission in literal seconds.
@@eldridgecharles1313 I actually did a speedrun recently. Speedrunner in the making sure. It's one thing to do a run to get splits. It's another thing knowing you have to get in your grind to perfect each segment. But you can only get better with each attempt.

It bugs me that the sniper reticles weren't changed for the Definitive Edition. Then again, not much besides a few quality of life updates and a metric ton of issues, glitches, and shortcomings.
Something I noticed, the Russian mob wasn't prominent in the GTA 3 era games, outside of making an appearance in this game. I believe the reason they became so big in GTA 4 is because of the families in 3 being mostly wiped out, they were just waiting for the right opportunity to strike.

I Think In The Original If You Failed The Lure Mission It Would Give You The Option To Skip Trip So You Wouldn’t Have To Do The Long Drive & Great Video As Well.
In the original version, when you failed a mission, they gave you an option to skip all that driving. I doubt it's in the remaster cause of the checkpoints.
Triads works for the Chinese mafia the triads are aren’t just in China either. Their popularity has gained enough reputation in the east that even Japan has them and he states that they’re from Vietnam triads are basically local gangs that are trying to make it big and they usually come and go just as often as gangs in America and Latin America although I’m pretty sure because there are more triads in concentrated areas and there is more competition for their services. Basically triads compete at the street level and rarely go into the global syndicate itself unless backed by a bigger entity
When I played Lure in the definitive edition, when I pressed the button to look back and then released it, the bikers duplicated, making the mission way harder.
On that first Woozie mission, I had a glitch at the part where Woozie was looking for the loose cobble, he randomly stopped and I couldn’t kill him and i was also invincible
T-Bone was right to mistrust Carl, but the threats he made are absouletly terrifying. CJ didn't squeal 'cause that vengeance was exteremly important to him, that was all he had at the time. While I agree with you that Toreno and Mendez tried to test Carl, I think that he already proven himself by saving Toreno earlier. I think being an outsider in the criminal underworld means you're a criminal with no previous affiliation to a specific group, and that person in question has a set of skills that can be useful, and overtime his loyalty can be acquired completely by his employer, which is what Woozie succeeded to do. An associate can still be very useful in a criminal organisation based on the work they do. They still contribute significantly to the organisation's business interests and help their high ranking members manage them and increase their power. Diaz is a great example. He hired Vic to eliminate Diego and Armando to take over Vice City's drug trade, which overtime became dominated by his role as a drug baron, a position that was uncontested until Vic's death and Tommy's takeover of Diaz' organisation.
