i think Love's paintings are not meaningless at all...they overflow with meaning and present the viewer with a multiplicity of references...and they are full of visual joy!
Daniel Jensen's paintings are just a bit over-familiar stylistically, but have a nice balance of strength and delicacy in how they were realized in color and texture. The self-taught artist, Bethany Czarnecki, was also fine; her themes regarding the feminine were instantly communicated via color and plastic form. Thanks for the walk along...👍🏽💥
Danke Mary lynn
The other side of the “images removed from context” question is how as human pattern-makers we use the context we have/are in the moment that we view the work. I like the meaning you brought forward-the “dark side” of pattern making
Very surprising for me that You were pretty critical about the show at Saskia Neuman, but I felt pretty much the same and I liked Your honesty about it. 🙂👍👍
Well, a right good video, elegantly filmed from start to finish. I like to play the game Which Artwork Would I Like To Take Home With Me? and this time it has to be the multi-coloured belted skirt by Mette Bjornberg at 12.15. Beautiful and unusual, I think.
I didn’t know there are so many galleries in Stockholm, its almost civilized area. I just love how you prononce the swedish names. I hope you liked the lingon berries with the meatballs.
There is nothing more to do than accompany our Maria in her beautiful outfit on her walk where there is nothing more to say (just see) (and listen to her)
we live in a state of entropy of meanings and therefore the general background of meaninglessness is a characteristic feature of our time. and this is evident in all these works.

As always your videos transport us to spaces most viewers can not visit ❤😊
Many thanks Mary especially your calm voice and eyes of perspectives of world's arts
I compress to what is visually pleasing, thanks. I find art speak a treat for the few , and enjoy it when that is the room.
Bethany czanecki wasn't influenced by solstice...she was doing Georgia O'keefe

Jona Lipps actually stood out to me 😊

Thanx for the introduction to the Stockholm art scene, Loyal, Nordenhake, and Carl Kostyal in Part II?
Also in mariefred near Stockholm small village with castle which has gallery of Swedish portraits over the years
That's great, work 👏👏👏👏👏
AWESOME ! Thanks for showing.

That’s a fun game 😊
Lipps is no worse than a lot of them, in my opinion, but it's good to hear you be critical for a change.

They were so good! And yes SO many great galleries
really enjoyed a lot...(and yeah you're right about Jona Lipps) thank you...

Wow (in particular) Daniel Jensen, thank you, Mary Lynn !!!👏👏
What was the materials for the three skirts please? in the 14:8 minutes?
Looks like IKEA took over the Swedish art scene
Very weak shows.
@@KaRmAs.Corner - I didn't want to be a Debbie Downer but these shows are kind of lightweight.
Appreciate you content
Thank you 🙏🏼
Mary Lynn, fashion seems to play an important role in your gallery visits. Are you a designer?
Wall ornaments like on Christmas tree at this point
Yinka Shonibare is also a Nigerian. It would have been ideal to mention that.
I really need that piano chord progression in the background to resolve 😩
❤❤❤❤❤❤

Let the painting speak for itself if it can
Very well done. But the first name of artist Love Lundell is not pronounced as in English! 🙂
Thank you! What's the best way to pronounce it?

WHY IS IT THAT ABSTRACT ART HAS A KINGS NEW CLOTHES ASPECT TO IT?
all these nice social-democratic painters...
Modern artist = Too much words, so little emotions and talent
