I was just thinking that lol if he doesn't have Lady get with her someone in the Bigwallet family has to because as you said he has spent a lot of time working on her house.
I lived in a tiny, old European town as a kid, and in the 90s/00s it wasn't uncommon to still see horses downtown. Not really people on horseback, but a lot of nearby farmers would come visit in horse drawn carriages. Some people also kept chickens or even goats in their gardens. That being said, I love playing in different worlds in the sims and I love keeping lots of animals, so if that means adding ultra modern stables in San Myshuno or Del Sol Valley, so be it 🤣
I think the treehouse would have looked nice where the swings are because not only would it have added more for the kids but it would have made the garden look a lot less empty as there isn't really any landscaping. Also, I love that you made that whole space the garden because in real life it would be and it really does look like it should be that way to be real there are a few other lots that also have space around them that looks like it's part of the lot for use and it's annoying that you can't unless you use a mod.
That dining room is perfection! I really love the renovation on this house. I love that you ran with the game throwing a horse into this household. The lot ended up working nicely with it already being fenced in.
Yees I can see how the family is gathering there for Christmas or Thanksgiving and the uncle is coming by while a winter storm is blowing outside... cosy
@16taysia yes, but I wish we could put our own meals into it, like a fridge. So parents can pack leftovers for lunches. I know we can make paper bag lunches but the lunchbox is so cute! It should have functioned as a mini fridge type thing.
*A CANON EVENT* we need to make the mom of this family meet the guy from previous episodes who kept adopting kids. (James also renovated his house earlier)
James not including an outside bin in the first renovation because the original EA build didn’t have a bin, then James STILL not including an outside bin in the re-renovation 🙃
I'm amazed with the re-renovation! The living room looks so cozy. If you decide to renovate other houses in the Rags to Riches save file, I'm here for it
The movers finally found and delivered their furniture and the deadbeat dad bought a horse at auction for the kids because he wasn’t responsible for caring for it.😂😂😂
Would definitely love to see more renovations like this (or re-renovations) of the families in your save. It's like a game-made challenge - here, these sims live in this house, make it make sense. For a bit of colour in the kids rooms, you could always paint just one wall in each room - the biggest plain white wall without wainscoating - in a complimentary colour to the furnishings.
Taking photos of all the kids is so realistic. Trust me, you are more likely to get a photo of none of them looking at the camera than all of them looking at it.😅
Once again, James proves that he is not only a master builder, but also a master decorator! I love how this turned out. And I love that a house in Windenburg has a place for a horse. I actually did that on the big lot here but I love that you’ve done it on this little lot. Bravo!🧡🧡🍁🍁

I always appreciate it when YTers put those in for ads and whatnot, it really shows a consideration for the audience. It's such a small thing, but cheers!
The fact that James uses unique items in every build to make them look vastly different from the last build makes it so much more exciting to watch! The downloadability factor that Kayla goes for gets a little redundant, love her tho!

During the first renovation of this house, I was almost building alongside James. Lots of pausing in the video to get the generic layout and customized my own rooms and placements to how I liked it. I have the same feelings as LilSimsie does with doors and rooms where I dislike having doors at where the walls and corners meet.
