      5 mins into the video, my early thoughts...I believe this guest is an intelligent man, it baffled me in 2014/15 and still baffles me today how he and other supposedly intelligent people believe that Buhari is incorruptible and will fight corruption. This was a man who as Petroleum Minister in 1977/78 saw almost half a billion Naira go missing in NNPC. Mind you, Naira was stronger than the US Dollar at the time. The same man contested and lost 3 elections up till then and lost. This intelligent man and so many others never asked how he got the money to contest, yet they supported him.

    • @wisecrack4645
      @wisecrack4645 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      The same buhari came to power in 1983 and made himself Petroleum minister. When he became "democratically elected president" again 2015, he made himself Petroleum minister...meanwhile after 10 years of being Head of state/Petroleum Minster/President, he still hasn't found the money he lost in almost 50 years ago, assuming he has been looking for it. One can only conclude he's doing his best to cover his trails. After the current Emperor, he might as well be the 2nd most corrupt person in Nigeria.

    Buhari wasn't responsible for fighting corruption when he first ruled as military head of state, it was Tunde Idiagbon who materminded most of the harsh policies. Today Nigerians are singing the praises of clueless Buhari who only disguised under the good work of Tunde Idiagbon. He came as a civilian president and destroyed Nigeria.

It is public knowledge that they almost eliminated PMB himself in his first term in government and many honest Nigerians have been frustrated out of the system since the OBJ days. O.O. Obla should be grateful that he is still alive and still has his wife. These wicked souls have wasted many people's lives for less!
    People always think that 'the Cabal' is a group of few men in Aso-Rock, Mr. Obla has been able to prove here that there are Powerful corrupt cabals in every industry in Nigeria.

    Very enlightening conversation however, it is hard to shake off the constant interruption from the host and his speaking over the guest. Common courtesy of letting the speaker finish before interrupting should be employed. This is an interview not an interrogation. The great Okoi Obono-Obla was still able to convert his thoughts and his sincerity came through thankfully but if this host truly cares for the truth and wants to share much needed information to Nigerians then there is no need to constantly attack the guest and not let them finish their thought process. If this is independently run then quit using the same move as the paid/propagandist style of journalism. I am sure there is a code of conduct for journalists. Thank you for sharing this conversation however, more power to your elbow

    To start fighting corruption, we must ensure firstly - one term - tenure for both executive and legislative Arms elective position. This will stop politicking and prevent cover up for any dirty politicians we have around. Things are so messy in this part of the world. These people are animals.

    I still maintain my stand that Nigeria problem or problems is the followers or those they so called leaders called common or ordenary Nigerians. Can you imagine someone apointed by your government for a specific purpose telling you how trillions of your money and my money is been stolen and people are calling Obi's name, saying he would have done same etc. I remember always having this conversation with my neighbor then and he always took the stand that the so called leaders are to be blame but for me its a no no.

    Please Mr. Okoi Obono Obla please join Labour Party and work with Peter Obi.
    Peter Obi will be happy to have someone like you in his party and fight for future of our country.
    Someone who doesn’t have clean hands will not appear in a program like this.
    Because if you mention someone who didn’t do anything wrong, the person will sue for libel.
    But seeing someone mentioning names in a program like this, shows that you have to be Cristal clean to be on a program like this one.
