For the starting price this isn’t half bad the green in the kitchen gives off retro vibes but in a good way . I’d personally leave the coat closet out of the front and make it a drop zone / mud room type entrance with a small bench with storage underneath and coat hangers by the front door . They make good use of the small master bath in my opinion. The yoga room would be great for so many other uses exercises equipment, office , game room and so on . I really like this one if different. Feels like the space is worth the price for once lol .
Definitely! I like your mud room idea because it’s a great niche for it. That yoga room as an exercise room makes sense. Some homeowners who put a treadmill on their 2nd floor forget how loud it is!
@@RajSahoo yeah I feel that lol we had a treadmill upstairs and I hated the noise that plus a weight bench in an outdoor enclosed space would be amazing to have .
I like the backsplash. I never thought to use colored glass this way. I do like glass counter tops, but I worry about resale. Maybe, if I bought a urban center condo the counter tops would work. But the backsplash is a very good alternative. I could probably find one with a nice edge profile too.
The green color in the kitchen is beautiful; but, if I were 👀 looking to buy and had the option to choose another color that's a favorite color of mine, I would choose another color, but, it's a beautiful color to also enjoy, if I had the money to buy as is, and were interested in buying; but, I don't have the monies to buy; and if had the money to buy wouldn't be interested in buying to live in Texas; but, maybe to rent if were a vacationing resort, maybe to rent to visit Texas for vacationing to see beauty there in Texas; and to taste some delicious foods and drinks that I believe they have there in Texas.👌↗However; beautiful housing or resort for persons of interest to choose to buy or rent to enjoy being that they have the money to do so.
i would make some changes with backslash overall nice and spacious home
I hear you.. most buyers would either love or hate that backsplash

Agreed 100% they are a bit polarizing.. I could see people either hating or loving them at resale.
Love it!
Thanks!
