Good review my 4k mini will be arriving tomorrow I’m new to Missouri (Columbia area) having trouble finding ground to hunt 93% of this state is private and don’t know anyone here I bought mine for pigs in Texas I’ve got ground there shot tons of pigs in the daylight also have ground in Montana up there fox are the only thing you can night hunt year around there a nuisance animal my problem is I’m mostly in Missouri and I’m pretty sure (not positive) you can’t night hunt conservation area so I bought the mini and not a thermal figured I can use it for deer leaving my IR light at home as far as I can tell that’s legal I’m still learning the rules
I'm leaning towards the 2x. Do you use a thermal scanner when hunting? I envision having the light on flood mode and switching to beam when you see something? Thanks for the review and footage!
Whats the temps your hunting in all winter ? The mini 4k manual says it cant be used under 32 degrees Fahrenheit, have you run it under 32, any issues ?

We have Been running the 2x this year and like it! Yes we run a thermal scanner with it !

@KingFinishCarpentryLLC It's not impossible But if they're not looking at you where you can see their eyes, it's tougher to spot them.
How did you attach the Sniper Hog light to your Ruger American?
With a stud mount rail off Amazon also works great with my Swagger QD

Its anywhere from 40-20's on average. I've run it in -11 without having any issues !
