When you see any vehicle license plate with only one digit then he is from royal family. And when you see vehicle license plate three or four digits then they are the people who are wealthy people. These license plates are put on auction by government and the lower the number the highest is the price. And the price tags are in million means one or two million per license plate. When these guys have these numbers on their vehicle means they are wealthy people and showing off.
