After struggling to send my 5 year old daughter to sleep for a while now i thought i’d try some relaxing music, i try’d various types of ‘ yoga ‘ and ‘ zen ‘ types of music till i came across this ‘ i thought i’ve try’d different styles and types of relaxing music i might as well give this a try out as well ‘ its been two weeks now since after she reads her book after i close the lights i’ve been putting this on for her and she’s been falling asleep with in 10 minutes of listening to it like a baby she’s been sleeping, who ever the composer of this music is i’d like to offer you ‘ A BIG THANK YOU ‘ from me and my little sleeping beauty.
