ive had this prblem so many time before and when i first had it i watched the video and it worked. Now that iev had it more and more I dont know what the problem is ebcuase my mic works for everything else but not forntite.

i believe you should try making sure you only have 1 audio device plugged becausae webcams have mics. ps5 controller actually has a built in mic. make sure your audio settings have the right one for input/output

I'm on Xbox and it didn't work, it just stopped working even though it used to, I restarted Fortnite, changed my I.D. thingy and changed to mic and speakers, NOTHINGS WORKING ALL HOPE IS LOST
Fortnite is really messed up right now especially servers i don't have Xbox so i cant recommend anything else thanks for watching

yeah, i’m on xbox all i had to do was create a party and then leave it and it works. Must’ve been because I turned my xbox off while still in the party. not sure but that’s when it happens

did you logout of fortnite? also try restarting the game and uninstalling it and reinstalling and make sure if you on pc everything is up to date
