My husband’s family is hmoob leej but most of their friends are Hmong dawb and none of their siblings can’t even speak their own language except their sister in law. She hates it when my husband sisters speak Hmong dawb and she doesn’t like any new incoming nyab. Maybe because we’re all Hmong dawb. To be honest you don’t have to change your way of speaking to please anyone. If they like you then great if they don’t then that’s there problem not yours.
