In this film we learn how Swift emerged from a Christmas Tree farm in Pennsylvania to become one of America's biggest Country and Pop music artists. A must see for any Taylor Swift fan!

Whether you love Taylor Swift or not, there's no denying she's super talented. She has a beautiful voice, plays the piano and the guitar very well and can she ever write a song! Many of her songs are funny many are serious but they are always clever, always thought provoking, and with hooks galore! I'm 60 years old. I was raised on rock and roll and still love classic rock, but I've never heard a Taylor Swift song I didn't like. THAT says a lot!

I like that he said how important Scott was in her eventual rise. It doesn't mean he didn't make mistakes. But it's true, and Taylor says it all the time, that she couldn't have done what she has done without the support of MANY MANY people, and he is one of them. One could say that the decision to re-record her albums goes back to him, and that in itself has changed the entire music industry. Obviously this film was made BEFORE Big Machine records and Scott Borchetta cut the rug out from under her in not being able to own her own music, selling to Scooter Braun and since then sold to Shamrock Holdings...she is rerecording her first six albums to then be able to own all her own music and of course all her new albums since that sale is hers.....they are speaking highly of that Company on here, but they did her wrong as that happened in 2019, well after this was filmed....but Taylor gets the last laugh and will rightfully own all her music as it should be....

His name is Robert Oermann. That dropped my jaw, too, especially after he literally called the rude man a 'gorilla'.... Oermann made it very clear he wasn't referring to the culture of male entitlement or disrespect toward young women in general. (And Oermann himself also said some questionable things about his views on young artists before Taylor 'proved' herself enough for his liking.) Edited to add: and he didn't mention the 'culture' that caused Beyoncé to react so graciously herself at the same event, giving Taylor the time allotted to her own acceptance speech to make up for the interruption. I can't believe they left any of his scenes in this video after he revealed how worthless his opinions are.
Ugh. I hope in the years since this interview he's learned better than his repugnant worldview here, but.... I'm not optimistic about it.
The reason Taylor turned out to be the SUCCESS that she is today apart from all being talented and hard working she possess...for mw, its the growing up in that FARM COUNTRYSIDE LIFESTYLE... peace and harmony serrt inspite of divorced parents...she had that ... CLEAN QUIET PEACEFUL... COUNTRY ENVIRONMENT...to look inside herself...and search for what her dreams desires and passion would be for the future! Especially since she had a very supportive mother/parents...where she felt LOVED inspite of broken home! That's what happens when you put your kids first ... in a broken home setting...
