I don't think he has lived up to his full potential. When you look at his work from start to today, theres too much down time in between events, almost like he goes back to rap when his moneys low. Incredible lyricist one of my top 5, but the lifestyle was too much of distraction during his prime.

He tells whole stories in three or four bars. And Action Bronson has made a whole career of being a diet version of him. But Ghostface victimizes beats and is insanely creative with his descriptions and content/stories. He and Nas ate on Incarcerated scare faces and his verse on Wu-Banga 101 was a masterpiece.
