Got some adjustable dumb bells. I'm amazed at how quickly your arms can do more reps after each set, didn't think that it would be that fast or I would have done this years ago. Always struggled with push ups, fore arms too weak to give my wrists support or something I guess, so the dumb bells should solve that issue with time I think by giving me a lot more upper body strength.
Those double as weights that can be tied ro witches legs when they go swimming. and then if they sink, it was definitely a witch. If it floats, maybe try the test again
