This was one of his best vocals of the night, he also killed on Heroes and Villians

And he killed the falsetto "without" near the end of God Only Knows when he went for it

On a lot of numbers Brian sounds better than he has in years. We share a birthday but he's got all the talent.

Was there at the show last night, and I can gladly say it was worth all the unnecessary stress I put myself in to get there.
    Long live Brian!

Grateful I got to see Brian Wilson and band during the Pet Sounds 50th. I felt like I was in the presence of a modern Bach (of rock) he was one of my top shows ever and I seen hundreds and hundreds. Brian Wilson influence modern music more than even most truly can comprehend .

This song originally came out in 1965, and came out between "Help Me, Rhonda" and "California Girls". While not the huge hit either one of them were, it still is a very satisfyingly beautiful song. it can also be heard on one of the Beach Boys' best earlier albums, 1965's "The Beach Boys Today!"

I find Today to be as much a masterpiece as Pet Sounds. This was the logical step from Surf, Cars, girls to more adult Beach Boys music.

I'm tired of fuckin' seeing you comment on every Brian Wilson video hating on him all the time. Didn't internet trolling die in like 2003? What do you have to gain from this?

hating? You think that's what it is? Man, I hope people are better to you in your old age than they are being to Brian. The man created some of the greatest pop music ever - but that was 50 years ago. He shouldn't have to be dragged out on stage night after night at nearly 80 years old, singing the Beach Boys catalog. He's clearly not well; he's really just there as a figurehead; Al and the band do all the heavy lifting. Al is amazing. His voice sounds nearly the same as on the old records.
