I have bought this unit just a week back. Our house living room and dining room has a minor surface difference compared to the rest of the bed rooms and kitchen since we re laid the tiles. This unit is unable to climb down with wet mop while it is able to do without wet mop. I have raised a complaint with ECOVACS and its almost a week and no response. Extremely poor service from this company. Please think twice before buying this unit.
Don't buy this product. This doesn't mop properly. It leaves the marks. And there is better futures in other brands than this product. There is no return or exchange option once u bought
