Listening to U.S. Military Radio in Germany, while serving in England. Married in Sep 1959 and still remembering the wonderful day with my new wife. Had my little German Telefunken Portable Radio with batteries and an a plastic ear piece singing along with these songs. Very Happy Days.
Music in those days (am 78) was, and still is, wonderful.

I got married the same year this song came out, but l was not with Sharon when it did. I felt it applied to me.
Time passes and continues to pass. maybe at some point we will leave this world, but this music, good music will never go out of style. Great singers, great performers... simply incomparable 💖

I lost my husband 7 week's ago, after 47 & Six month's. My heart is broken, but listening to the music we loved is a special gift. The 50s 60s was the best. Thank you to all the artist for making my loss somewhat easier. His name was Norman John Nel. A great musician & singer as well from the RSA XXXX

I believe that when playing the great old songs like these there should be a reverence to it. You have that reverence. I can see myself dancing in the dark with my favorite girl when I was seventeen. It brings back the same chills as those short nights with her in my arms. ajh

My first date was with Catherine. I walked to her house. We walked to the gym and back to her house.
Catherine passed away this year.
