Their rewards program with the points to $ is nice. However, the issue that I have is that when you get to the register to pay, the employees never, ever, ever ask you if you want to use your points or dollars. You always have to ask them to check to see if you have some. I asked them one time why they didn’t do this, and the employee literally told me that there are instructed not to offer it up. I find that problematic. If those are your points that you’re entitled to, they should be offering them up to you at the closeout of your purchase.
Their shipping sucks as well, as anything powder based will most often than not arrive broken. They absolutely suck at adding bubble wrap to the boxes. And they don’t seem to realize that powders in just a padded mailer alone will also get broken.
That being said, as always, I love your video content and will continue to watch each and every time ! ❤️

My dermatologist recommended the neutrogena hydro boost as a morning moisturizer and I plan on trying it as soon as I run out of my current one. She recommended a couple of products only available through a medical office so it really stands out to me that her favorite is a drugstore option.
I usually get the products after you try them. So far, all excellent. I am 58, and I think I have better skin now than when I was younger. Thanks
Right! DO NOT SLEEP on Juvia's Place!!! Their palettes, blush, bronzers, highlighters, lipstick/gloss all of it is so good and so affordable!!! All of their eyeshadows are so so good! Another big palette that's a good one is The Garden of Juvia's! 🙌💜

I’ve worn Chanel Coco for so many years. I developed a cough, went to an ENT & she asked me if I’ve ever been to an allergist. I never did. I discovered I am allergic to all perfumes. I am so bummed. Love your videos!!❤

I was just listening again to your video & I noticed “the dermaplaners”… actually I go & have dermaplaning & LED light therapy done every month … my “artist” recommended having it done monthly or every 5 weeks if you have sensitive skin .. my skin is ultra sensitive & along with the LED light therapy, my skin has improved a thousand times … again thank you for your wonderful content… I just love listening to your “ products” recommendations ..❤❤

If you like the Neutrogena water gel, you should try their Water Cream. I use it as my night time summer moisturizer. I'm 46 with combo skin and I find that it perfect for summer. Provides moisture but sinks in quickly, leaving my skin feeling beautiful but not greasy.
Agree with you that Ulta has the best rewards by far! Try ELF's Holy Hydration moisturizer. Even better than the Neutrogena and less$$

I’m in love with the Firework mascara! Tips: It’s a wet formula that will get drier after a few weeks, so brush off excess before applying. Then, move onto next eye before applying 2nd coat to allow some drying. It will not budge or flake, so remove like a tubing mascara. Get lashes wet (very wet) and slide mascara off lashes. ❤❤

I have dry and sensitive skin and have started to use that Neutrogena Hydro Gel while staying in the humid climate by the sea (I usually live in Madrid, which is really dry) and I absolutely love it!!
I love juvia' place eyeshadows. I bought the coffee talk pallet a while ago. The blushing roses 6 pan pallet is so good as well.

@Risa and subs! I just found the BEST setting powder at ULTA! Polite Society just released three shades of a blurring setting powder and it’s like nothing I’ve ever tried! It’s knocking out my Dior powder. It comes in pink which is what I got and oh my gosh, it’s SO blurring and light weight! Rosa, you have to try it! I also picked up their new eyeshadow palette which is also super cute! Gotta try these!!
They sent me all 3 and I’m testing them out right now! So far so good!
Hi Risa that coffee palette from juvias is one of my favorites. I have mostly juvias place in my collection.
If you do use the Neutrogena long term, please keep an eye out for irritation. I used to use Neutrogena moisturizers, Sport SPF 70 sunscreen, & a number of other face/body products. I developed a burning sensitivity to every single product except the Ultra Gentle Hydrating Cleanser. Something in their ingredients or manufacturing has changed.

Hi! Yes, I’ve been using Bondi Boost off and on for about a year. I find the HG shampoo and conditioner very hydrating and smoothing.

I thought I would like the Neutrogena water gel moisturizer too, but I didn’t really like it. It didn’t seem to moisturize much. It just seemed to absorb and do nothing 🤷🏻♀️.
I found the Belif Auqa Bomb to be much better than the Neutrogena! It has almost the same consistency, but it’s so much more moisturizing! I think you’d love it. It is a gel consistency too, lightweight, and it smells so good
I too didn’t like the water gel. It made me oily. My favorite is the Belif Aqua. I’ve tried to find a cheaper alternative but I’ve yet to do so.
I love shopping with Ulta but have so much trouble with their website. After I place something in the cart then go browsing for more products, my cart items disappear. I have heard others have the same problem. I do love those reward points too.

I hated the tula primer, didn't notice a difference and the price was high. I much prefer the Elf glow primer with sunscreen, It's better than Goop's glow primer

I am very curious about that perfume and I am going to see how it smell on me. I wear Tommy Hilfiger gril perfume for years now since they came out in 1996 . Resently I went to ulta and I smelled Burrbery Godess and I'm kind a addicted to it. When I came in from Ulta my husband was ; o what's smells so good in here? However this perfume is strong leasts long time and less is more in my opinion. I do have problem with severe sinus and some smelles bothers me on my self not on other people. If there is something chemical in the perfume I will develop headick. So far Burrbery and Tommy is great no headick . I will try your recommendation . Let's see how Risa smells ? 👍
