Mr. Bradly I would love to see how you run pluming and electric in your hand made homes.

You are truly a WISE man! We were Lucky to find an unfinished project on Land we LOVED so we took it from there...not EXACTLY as we would have done it if we had started from scratch, but we've been HAPPY ever since we moved in 32+ years ago and we've been "finishing this project" ever since. No House (or land) payment is a SPECIAL kind of FREEDOM! We love it here, and I plan to stay till she plants me in the woods!

Hey, what a great story Nate!
      Living the dream!
Thanks for sharing and for your kind words (my wife might disagree with the idea of me being "wise"... lol... but she puts up with me, and that's what counts. :)

Thanks Noah! Great video. I agree that "why" is the most motivating question we can ask ourselves throughout the process of building our dream handmade home.

      Thanks Tom.
For sure, having a handmade house is not like most of the other things we purchase in this life... it can be (an often is) truly life changing. And when we gain that understanding... it really ramps up our motivation to make this a priority... and... it keeps us on the path if we ever start to question the undertaking of building our own home.

"If you wait until you know everything before you begin"...........that's me. Love your advice of " just begin"

haha "When" has to be "one day" for me, as I'm currently saving up for some property :P I guess in a way that makes "when" now.

Hey Congratulations!!! If you are saving up for property you've already begun! You have beat the "when" and you must know the "why".

Episode #18???? Where's Wednesdays with Noah? *sigh* I guess we'll have to keep asking these questions and answering the "why" for another week.

Yeah! Someone noticed! I had a rough, and busy, week. I really tried to get one put together but fell short. (I did get an interview with Kevin O'Connor posted though!) I'll be back next Wednesday though for sure. And thank you! for your support!

The words you are looking for Noah is "When the WHY is big enough.....the HOW'S take care of themselves". ;)

lol.... I have an ever-changing head.
Sometimes I shave it all off... and sometimes it gets pretty messy.
Sometimes clean shaven, or a chin fuzz... or a beard.
I like to keep people guessing!
