It really is Incredible the speed, quality & volume of the stuff you get out on this channel Mark. Pause for reverent cap doff. You can get 100 big sheets of norri seaweed (for sushi) in Chinese shops which is very similar with less fat & salt, just cut it into smaller pieces. Hi Nadia just been watching this vlog and me and my partner have just spoke about how badly I’ve been snoring and he said it was really bad but I went through my dr once had a test which said I’ve got mild sleep apnea but needed me to wear a cpap machine but I have horrendous panic attacks having masks on my face that are tight to my face but my partner also hates the slightest of noise and he wont can’t wear ear plugs so it’s a nightmare but just try your own GP first xxx

Just also watched you after you’d eaten your pizza and you said your stomach was griping but pizza express are good because they do gluten free pizzas have you been to the drs mark to get checked for coeliac disease or if there is other food that your allergic too by getting a full food intolerances then Nadia might be able to look at cooking food that is free of all your intolerances be good if Nadia did a free from cook book I’m coeliac and because Nadia likes to cook healthy and with different foods and quick easy meals but also flavoursome xx

I listen to LBC London Talk Radio quite regularly. The talk of the morning , and for several months now, is the ever increasing incidents of knife attacks taking place in London. Unfortunately, I live in a country where military grade weapons are used to kill scores of people in schools, churches/synagogues , concert arenas, businesses... anywhere people might gather in their daily lives. As you know, we cannot seem to get our political representatives to enact sensible gun legislation and , thus, the carnage continues. My question for you both is the following: in what ways has the increase of knife violence in London had an effect on you , your children , your friends ? I hope the question is not too intrusive or an inappropriate subject for your Vlog. BTW- Your Vlog is my favorite thing on You Tube
