There are new DPS and Support chatacters for every season. Nobody will be the best, the point is you must get the new characters for every seasons, because they are will be "meta" on that season. At least you must unlock till second promotion skills on each characters. It will be super good if you can unlock all character promotion skills (gold IV promoin tier)
