Probably yes, but if you can find a way to build her separately, SWJ + TBB feels like a broken combo. I think twine doesn't block actives, but petrify and freeze do, so combined the opponent cannot basic, passive or counter attack. And with sublimation, they add a lot of DoT
@@Ihexir Yeah that might be the case. I checked Oberon's description and it says twine also blocks actives. It's only missing from the blood binding twine. I kept thinking the active wasn't happening because one of TBB's sublimation and her core reduce the twined targets energy so enemies are never at full energy to release an active.
He knows it's 150%. He also has a lot of treasure train buffs and he probably takes that into account when calculating his caps. I wouldn't be surprised if he has around 30% crit dmg buff to transcendence heroes with another 20% for specific game modes
@duke4088 there isn't a train buff that gives crit damage for this specific game-mode, and the one for transcendence heroes shows it on the heroes stats page (I have it). Plus I've seen him say this multiple times now throughout different game modes, he thinks the cap is 100%
Just wanted to note here since probably noones doing this braindead desperate strat to push VC 🤣, if she dies, the 100+ energy skill wont trigger. Have her at base 5*, DB on her, she gets hit, noones getting chained. I thought I could smart the system out and quickly chain garudas in VC, but the system smarted me out
