Was in the coral today and won 500 on montys millions, as the bonus finished and was counting up the screen blacked out and kicked me to the main menu and there was no money there. Told them and they could see the machine had crashed and they rang head office but said they can’t see if and how much I’d won in the bonus. So they told me to nip back later for an update. Go back and they say that they have to ask the regional manager and it will be his discretion weather they’ll pay me or not. I’m not holding out much hope and won’t be best pleased.
