What do you think will be the impact of most sectors of New gurgaon going to MCM instead of MCG? MCM has no funds or even staff or machinery and will take atleast 3 years to become properly equipped according to government's own reports.
Funds are avl with MCM from the money village kitty. Also it will be raised from house tax, commercial tax etc. MCM will have good funds.

Hi sir. Great video. I have options of buying property in sec 81 or 85 or 95. Which one will you suggest? Will there be benefit of pataudi road and IMT manesar if i buy at sec 95? (As an investment).
Entire new Gurgoan is good. Good interconnected roads and almost all big builders are there. You will get good rental income as Manesar is nearby and upcoming institutional area.
Road connecting Rampura crossing (NH8) to Patodi road is main road. Look for this road and any society connecting to this road within 300 meters is fine next comes budget. Rest is your budget and wait time. Affordable or normal options are avl
