Thank you. Well done and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to more how-to videos from you. Im new to HO and dcc and its taking me a hot minute to figure all this out. I have this digitrax system and love it, but i also purchased the Broadway limited address changer and cvv changer to make my life easier.
Thank you! I've been really liking Digitrax so far, haven't fully gotten into switches and auto-reversers yet but it seems to be pretty easy once you get the hang of it
Thanks Joe, good to see a fresh Digitrax Video.I watched every single one at least twice. I am about to purchase the EVOXD set up, how do you like yours so far ? I will be new to dcc, whole new world, been studying for a while.
Patrick, I am very happy with the EVOXD, even though it's a higher price than other options (definitely search around for the best deal). The big reasons I went with it were the flexibility of the throttle (not having to have it wired in, even though it's still an option), the digital screen (much more info than the NCE PowerCab), and the dual throttle knobs (extremely easy to switch between 2 consists or locomotives). I'd absolutely recommend it, hope that helps!
@@da-joe-trains Great to hear. NCE Power Cab would have been my next choice, higher price and have mixed components vs Digitrax. I also like their decoders, accessories and expandability. Thanks for your input - good to know.
Agreed, the Digitrax system does seem to be well connected. I have yet to get into the switching modules and such but their loconet system is fairly user-friendly so I don't expect it to be an issue
