Richard Dix ( no relation to the film actor of the same name who appeared in films of the silent era up to the 40's), this actor was a veteran stage actor who appeared in some minor film and tv roles mainly small supporting roles he had recurring and short term stints on at least three mainstream soaps the Doctors, the Edge of Night and Ryan's Hope not sure when or who he played however.
Another Life tried to be a soap opera but the characters were rather weak and the storylines were loose and didn't have any strong plots to make them interesting and the Christian elements didn't take away anything from the stories but the exterior scenes had a rural small town look and appeal that didn't match up to the interior looks in the studio for Kingsley and the exterior rural shots being in Virginia where the studio was based, I watched regularly where I lived here in Oklahoma on a CBN station it ran twice a day Monday through Friday in the morning 11 o'clock and that same episode would be reshown later that evening around 7 o'clock and I being a Christian watched it but instead of seeing it as a soap opera just saw it as a continuing drama with serial elements and well sorry to ramble but that's how I get, God Bless.
