its not speed, its patient timing. you can't be holding down and then poke you have to press both at the same time when your character has reset his animation.

For that corner combo I just do 123 low fireball amp then 123 again into flying kick or Kasuri slam, it’s much easier to land online and virtually the same amount of damage
