7:40 Don't worry, it's China and their "fixed" Google imagery where the map and satellite don't match (China demanded it from Google to be done this way, each city is moved like 500m in the road map vs satellite imagery) and someone who's uploaded this photo was surely placing it based on satellite image, so in reality it was in that roundabout-like parking lot.
