Sammy and Sadie’s Supermarket at Lawson ECS

Lawson Early Childhood School is home to our youngest learners in McKinney ISD, and the staff does amazing work to provide experiences and knowledge that prepares the students to for their future.
“This is our first year for Sammy and Sadie’s Supermarket. This was a dream of ours, and this year we made our dream come true,” stated Susie Towber, principal of Lawson ECS.
Students play and have fun in Sammy and Sadie’s Supermarket, but most importantly, they gain valuable life skills.

I love it!!
So educational for the kids. I run a business and anytime my kids visit me at the store. The way they engage my customers is amazing. The welcome sir, welcome ma’am, the thanks for visiting us come back again, they say to my customers is just mind blowing for me to watch and hear them say that at 5years old❤.
They are definitely learning from Sammy and Sadie’s Supermarket experience, and the wonderful teachers.
