Some youths visited Dr AM Obote while in exile in Lusaka Zambia. Headdressed them and here is the speech. I don't remember the year but Hon. Geoffrey Ekanya of Tororo North County, Tororo District was among the youths who went to Lusaka to meet Dr Am Obote.

It was in Lusaka , Zambia during some student Leaders visit to Zambia in around year 2000. I was supposed to be on that trip but my passport was processed late when the the team had left for Lusaka, Zambia.
