Right at the beginning, they know marcelito will be a sensation in this AGT The Champions. So this is what they did. They put marcelito in the second AGT episode because viewers usually increased after the first one. And on the night marcelito is performing, they put him right at the first act…. that is because first time impression of his unique talent will create a huge buzz among viewing audience around the world. On his next song TIME TO SAY GOODBYE, they put him on the very last, so that viewers interested on marcelito will stay on watching (FOR RATINGS of course). Same thing on the THE BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, they put him second to the last…..”not to appear very obvious”…. That is the politics I could see here and there are more. They are purposely making leaks that Marcelito got 4th or 5th place in the finals TO CREATE MORE BUZZ, DRAMA and increased ratings.
