I do not understand all the hate towards the guy he has his issues like all of us do but he saved the tour and Angus was real happy about that. AXL is a fan of AC/DC like the rest of us. In closing I will say. I’m the guy in 1980 who was crushed when Bon died and I’m the guy who hated the new sound with Brian. I thought the song Back in black sucked and I still do. When they dropped that album they should’ve released “ Hells bells” as the lead off single. Anyway it took me a long while to warm Up to Brian and I love the guy now. Moving on from Bon was rough for me. Brian had to step into a really tough situation and being the guy he is the fans welcomed him and in my time I did as well. My opinion means nothing but as a fan I will say don’t knock AXL he did a great job and his vocals were bad ass on that tour. Riff-Raffs singer is awesome. He needs a larger audience for sure. So now here it is 2020 and AC/DC has released “Shot in the dark” as the lead off single for the new Album “Power up” are you all ready.....I know I am. Let’s as a group of fans enjoy this, it may very well be the last album by the boys and if so Bon and Mal should be very happy.⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Brian Johnson's vocal style is probably one of the most difficult things to replicate for sure and this guy sounds great. The guitar tones are spot on too. Nice job guys.

This is really good. I think the bass sound is perfect. There is something signature to AC/DC and that bass is on it. The guitars sound great too as does the vocal. Bravo to the people involved with the capture and recording. Well done.

Man that guy sounds just like Brian at the age when he was still in Geordie! Awesome voice! Drummer even looks like young Phil Rudd, too ... and plays the same way!
The singer is Bobby Stamper and he is pretty great at singing quite a bit of other Hard Rock stuff as well...Quiet Riot, Accept and especially Krokus all immediately come to mind. He also sang in a pretty cool band doing originals in the Louisville area called Hardlein if you feel like checking them out. Louisville has had a couple of really good AC/DC tributes. These guys tore it up until the guitar player killed himself (or so I was told) and Thunderstruck are still doing it and doing it pretty well if you ask me.
