Sir my advise u to continue and try to get promoted.as far as banking is concerned u have to start your journey from bottom as now you will not get the benefit of pay fixation 🙏and also the pay structure is revised in banking so if any case u somehow get it you will get the basic lik other new joine and gross will go approx 32k 🙏

The matter is legal sir as per rule relaxation of +3 and +5 is applicable for most of the organisation but still notification needs to be read carefully before applying any job 🙏
If initial stage of basic pay is reached 47920 after fixation of pay in bank of ex servicemen. On 47920 (which is in 20th stage of pay of bank) graduation increment will be given or not. If it is given on higher stage on 47920, then how much increment will be given one or two ?. Please clarify

Sir increment after stagnation is in every two years however in case u r settled on satg some circles make it advance by an year mns u will get next increment immediate next year and then in every two years 🙏

It varies...as different rrb sponsored by different banks...allowances are less in rrb compare to their sponsored bank....basic pay structure is almost same 🙏

U will get either 2pqp...or 1 pqp and your stagnation increment advanced by one year

We retired on 17% DA as per LPDC but later on govt announced that DA for retirees post jan21 is fixed at 28%....how to get updated lpdc sir
For leave we already get the benifits however for lpdc we r in talk with our record office once will get anything i update u.however it is advisable to raise your quarry to concern authority as well

Sir u will be set on 45920 without graduation increment..if it will be added then u will be set on stagnation 47910 ...and 1400 PQP will be given ...gross aprox 90k 🙏
You will get extra allownce which vary bank to bank ...in sbi on joining approx 3k 🙏

What should I do.

Po u will get frequent transfer as per the existing policy and u might get posting outside...but in clerk u will get more stability as transfers are less frequent 🙏

A person in central govt job got job as bank po
He should ask for technical resignation or normal resignation from previous employer (cent govt)
In technical resignation past service pay protection seniority is carried forward
But in Normal he got resigned with retirement benefit.
