Bro I am not even joking, I am so thankful for this Information. I had acne for soo many years like 12+ on and off. I tried like at least 8 different diets and my acne will never go away long term. @@julia-lr2po well sauna is beneficial from the getgo. U’ll se progress in about a week. But I had to give up in that. It’s simply too much of a burden doing 40 min of sauna 4 days a week. So I got back to dieting (also a pain the ass ngl) also because the sauna wasn’t working in the long term. I started eating junk food again to test the efficacy of the sauna on the long term but it didn’t prevent breakouts. So currently my anti acne diet is avoiding added sugar at all cost, avoiding seed oils (Omega 6 causes acne), avoiding gluten and diary. Seed oils, gluten and diary I consume the least possible but I am not perfectionist about it. I still do sauna 1 or 2 per week and I started doing blue light mask therapy at home. It’s getting better, but I have to stay consistent and wait probably another 2 weeks to have spotless skin.
I stopped because it bothered me in the long run (4xweek 40 minutes of saune is a lot of time). Only way I keep my acne at bay is by eliminating: diary, sugar (fruits are ok but not in excess), guten, seed oils and by trying to eat as much veggies as possible. its's basically torture but better than having acne. I wish someone like you had been around when I was a teen. I had horrible acne, I now feel so bad for my parents because they spent so much of their money on acne products for me. They would work in the beginning but then the acne would get used to the medicine, and my diet would not change, so my face always had acne. I think 17 years old was my worst year? I still get acne but not as bad as I used to. One thing that help me the most was a blue light lamp, it cleared up my acne and tightened my pores so I had no acne marks on my face. Another major thing that helped me was eliminating dairy and red meats.
Fruits give me acne. Especially apples and bananas. So if there are anyone who follows the advice in this video but still get acne, try and remove or heavily reduce fruit intake. Edit: You don't need to go vegan, just don't eat foods that lots of carbs. Or just cut out carbs completely and just stick lots of different meat

Ok I've been doing this since 3 weeks ago and I got some tips to make this more complete and work better: - Avoid calcareous water. It's very important to avoid the onset of kidney stones due to the large quantity of water that you need to drink; i advise y'all to avoid tap water; - BEFORE the facial sauna, make sure to get your face skin cleansed to avoid that dust, dead skin cells and bacteria enter into the pores and to cause infection (pimple); i use the Pore Remedy Foaming Cleanser by Dr.Jart+ fo; - For the facial sauna itself, it's better to add any essential oli to the water to purify your skin better; I reccomend thyme essential oil which does an excellent job in disinfecting the epidermis; - AFTER the facial sauna, make sure to moisturize your skin very well and add a sunscreen. I reccomend Kao Bioré sunscreen. Good luck to everyone! :3
Alright enough procrastination. 90 days commitment to this guide starting tomorrow morning! I’ll update once a month! Month 1: broke commitment and ate bad food twice throughout the month. Even so, I still see about a 30-40% improvement in the amount of acne showing up and the amount present on my face Month 2.5: sorry for the late reply (just finished moving into a new house). Started off really rough until I got a new haircut and my barber recommended me a product called PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash. This stuff is genuinely a game changer. My acne is almost completely gone and any leftover red spots are disappearing. No side effects either!
Just came across your channel, I can’t believe this video doesn’t have more recognition! I have pimples too and for me just taking daily showers and drinking lots of water helped a lot. Will definitely try this since some pimples keep coming back, and thanks for the advice, much better than the chemical products.
For people who have difficulty not popping their pimples, I find that dabbing a little bit of tea tree oil can be pretty effective at lowering the inflammation and drying out the pimple.

Hi again guys sry for being late, It worked the first couple of days then it went back to normal. Now I'm trying "Isotretinoin" which is a medication treatment that takes some time but my dermatologist told me that's the only solution left and it will end my suffer

I had bad acne when I was youger then i took medication for 8 months, and my acne has gone, but now 2 years later, my acne is coming back and I don´t want to take medication again, the side effects are horrible. Hey Rico. I had acne of very similar if not slightly worse severity. Unfortunately, I trusted doctors and took a 6 months strong antibiotic treatment, which sadly changed my life forever causing directly and indirectly several permanent health conditions, which I have been dealing with my entire adult life. In my case what works: diet, at least 30mg of zinc daily, 5000 -10 000 IU of vit A and 400-800mg of vit E, topical retinoids. I am still dealing with the skin problems, but it's under control now, although my skin is far from perfect despite being over 30 years old. Diet alone is far from sufficient in my case.
Diet works. I had a lot of acne and now I almost have nothing. I´m not vegan but I eat way less animal products and completly avoid the greasy ones such as sausage or bacon.
I try to avoid animal products except for fish and chicken (lean meat) at dinner, and I see my acne slowly calming down. I also drink Applecider vinegar and use it on my skin, heard it does wonders :)
I think it has primarily to do with the amount of high saturated fats oils ,sugars and things like that you can still eat meat just don't overcook it with grease or deep fry it roast and medium grills are good ,also increase your water intake .

Popping your pimples in deferent scenarios is helpful but after poping it put some alcohol on top of it to kill bacteria make sure to pop all that juicy stuff (extra tip pop them when they are ready when you see thay white stuff popping out then its time

Meat, eggs and fish doesn't cause acne, except if someone is allergic to one of them, which is really rare. There are people who are carnivore and that's all they eat and their skin has completely cleared. No need to be vegan. Some people even had worse skin being vegan.

Try niacinamide 10% , retinol 0.3% even that's doesn't work go for tretinion start at 0.025 concentration and increase to 0.5 concentration after 2-4 weeks
Low glycemic with starch, and then limit sugar in all cases for acne. That’s what turned my acne redness to like 0, but comedogenic acne bother me still
Spinach. Carrots. Tomato. Cucumber. Papaya. Oranges. Apples. Berries. Guava. Nuts. Cashew, alomond groundnut etc. You name it. All work. Fiber rich stuff works, in short.
If by scars you mean marks,, spots etc, use a SUNSCREEN. A good one. And give it time. It'll go away with time. But sunscreen is a must. Regularly. Additionally,, you could drink lemon water everyday. Lemon has vitamin C. Which works fine to remove pigmentation. So it will fade those marks too.
Take it easy. You don't need vitamin C rich fruits AND lemon water. Lemon water itself is enuff vit C if taken everyday. Or you could eat "oranges". Or you could have "guava". Pick any,, because they all have vitamin C. But be at it daily. Everyday. Have it. Pigmentations will go. And sunscreen is needed too. To be used regularly. Sunscreen especially is a must for those who have gone some specific anti acne medications like Retinoid lotions or the famous drug,, "isotretinoin". These cure acne. But make skin photosensitive. You don't have to go completely vegan to get rid of acne (Though what helps with one person doesn't necessarily help with some others). Don't avoid fish especially salmon. And you can buy meat and eggs though only from organic farmer, which is quite expensive; Animals are grass fed, and chickens don't get the soy filled crap as food but a natural diet. The less expensive way is ofcourse to go mostly vegan (avoid soy) but don't skip fish :)

Imma be honest I'm also suffering with acne but a few things that made me go from having "I don't wanna show my face to any human" to "okay now my skin is almost normal" is I just started eating more pre-biotic and probiotics (it's related to a thing called leaky guts look it up on TH-cam there's a few videos on it) and I started a basic of the basic skin care routine cause I'm a guy and if I tried doing serious skin care I would be offed as gay.....so I just wash my face with the same soap I wash my balls with and put on moisturizer after getting ready for college in the morning and before sleeping put on a spf and that's it... No need to complicate it cause complicating it often brings more harm then good

Im back, I try to do homemade sauna for 2 weeks, I have been drinking 3 litres of water every day, I have been having vegetarian meals in the last two weeks and I can tell you that my skin has improved, I am not yet close to being fully cured but I have improved, my current problem is the acne red marks , next month I come to give more updates, the acne stopped growing.

You don't necessarily have to use tea bags, you can also use fresh herbs, like chamomile ore rosemary. Just put it in a bowl with boiling water. Then put your face over it, not too close, and a big enough towl over your whole head, so the steam can't escape. Just sit like this for 10 minutes and wash with cold water after.

Hey guys, dairy products have a hormonal reaction in our bodies and so I cut it out completely. I'm also bulking, and there are plenty of alternatives to Whey. From vegan options to meat and eggs, which is not as bad as milk.

Hey Rico. I had acne of very similar if not slightly worse severity. Unfortunately, I trusted doctors and took a 6 months strong antibiotic treatment, which sadly changed my life forever causing directly and indirectly several permanent health conditions, which I have been dealing with my entire adult life. In my case what works: diet, at least 30mg of zinc daily, 5000 -10 000 IU of vit A and 400-800mg of vit E, topical retinoids. I am still dealing with the skin problems, but it's under control now, although my skin is far from perfect despite being over 30 years old. Diet alone is far from sufficient in my case.

Diet works. I had a lot of acne and now I almost have nothing. I´m not vegan but I eat way less animal products and completly avoid the greasy ones such as sausage or bacon.
I try to avoid animal products except for fish and chicken (lean meat) at dinner, and I see my acne slowly calming down. I also drink Applecider vinegar and use it on my skin, heard it does wonders :)
I think it has primarily to do with the amount of high saturated fats oils ,sugars and things like that you can still eat meat just don't overcook it with grease or deep fry it roast and medium grills are good ,also increase your water intake .
My mom used that souna at home thing with the pot when i got sick to clear my clogs 🤧

I recommend at night you cleanse your face then you put a moisturizer on and then put Vaseline on so at night you don’t loose moisture

what about eating not eating meat/eggs/fish cured your acne? are you sure it wasn't just the elimination of highly processed grains/oils/sugars?
Meat, eggs and fish doesn't cause acne, except if someone is allergic to one of them, which is really rare. There are people who are carnivore and that's all they eat and their skin has completely cleared. No need to be vegan. Some people even had worse skin being vegan.

Try niacinamide 10% , retinol 0.3% even that's doesn't work go for tretinion start at 0.025 concentration and increase to 0.5 concentration after 2-4 weeks

If by scars you mean marks,, spots etc, use a SUNSCREEN. A good one.
And give it time. It'll go away with time. But sunscreen is a must. Regularly.
Additionally,, you could drink lemon water everyday.
Lemon has vitamin C.
Which works fine to remove pigmentation. So it will fade those marks too.

You don't need vitamin C rich fruits AND lemon water.
Lemon water itself is enuff vit C if taken everyday.

And sunscreen is needed too. To be used regularly. Sunscreen especially is a must for those who have gone some specific anti acne medications like Retinoid lotions or the famous drug,, "isotretinoin".
These cure acne. But make skin photosensitive. So sunscreen is a must here.

You don't have to go completely vegan to get rid of acne (Though what helps with one person doesn't necessarily help with some others). Don't avoid fish especially salmon. And you can buy meat and eggs though only from organic farmer, which is quite expensive; Animals are grass fed, and chickens don't get the soy filled crap as food but a natural diet. The less expensive way is ofcourse to go mostly vegan (avoid soy) but don't skip fish :)

Rico, I'm 11 years old and I already suffer from acne. I'm going to start doing everything you did (even though I'm Brazilian, I understand a little English). Do you think that not following a vegan diet could affect my results?
Imma be honest I'm also suffering with acne but a few things that made me go from having "I don't wanna show my face to any human" to "okay now my skin is almost normal" is I just started eating more pre-biotic and probiotics (it's related to a thing called leaky guts look it up on TH-cam there's a few videos on it) and I started a basic of the basic skin care routine cause I'm a guy and if I tried doing serious skin care I would be offed as gay.....so I just wash my face with the same soap I wash my balls with and put on moisturizer after getting ready for college in the morning and before sleeping put on a spf and that's it... No need to complicate it cause complicating it often brings more harm then good

I just stopped eating dairy, started washing my face with a cerave moisturizing cleanser, I don't wash it with the same one I clean my balls with, lmao. Im back, I try to do homemade sauna for 2 weeks, I have been drinking 3 litres of water every day, I have been having vegetarian meals in the last two weeks and I can tell you that my skin has improved, I am not yet close to being fully cured but I have improved, my current problem is the acne red marks , next month I come to give more updates, the acne stopped growing.

You don't necessarily have to use tea bags, you can also use fresh herbs, like chamomile ore rosemary. Just put it in a bowl with boiling water. Then put your face over it, not too close, and a big enough towl over your whole head, so the steam can't escape. Just sit like this for 10 minutes and wash with cold water after.

I already cut off eggs. I'm thinking on whether to fully cut off these milks that I drink.

Hey guys, dairy products have a hormonal reaction in our bodies and so I cut it out completely. I'm also bulking, and there are plenty of alternatives to Whey. From vegan options to meat and eggs, which is not as bad as milk.
