Notice any lack of power with the bad sensor on harder acceleration? Broke mine doing the starter, replaced it with cheap parts store one and the cel came back on and noticed lack of power when getting on it to merge into traffic. Wasn’t like that before
Yes the knock sensor is right next to the starter underneath the intake manifold. When changing out the starter I was told to be very careful not to hit the knock sensor because it would have to be replaced after

@@thecelicaguy figured I’d knocked it lose or somthing. Good thing I’m replacing the starter again soon with the rebuilt oem one
