I am a guitarist of 60 years ... SIXTY years. I have played weekenders for 35 years and spent close to three years learning to engineer and produce in an MCI-equipped, 16-track ANALOGUE recording studio ... when I hear this work, I hear all those instruments that are the real instruments and all those parts that are probably played as closely as the human ear can allow them to be played. This band is fabulous and I am so glad for their existence.
The most amazing results of the hard work, research of every note, and collaboration of talent, not to mention the timing of the pianos in "Day in the Life", etc. A blessing to re-experience The Beatles, especially the studio produced albums. Thank you, Bart, and all the artists of The Analogues!
It would be impossible for these guys to get the perfection they achieve, without a deep love for the Beatles. Their fanaticism, is intrinsic to what they do. The best Beatles cover band in the world.
Absolutely meticulous and true to the originals in all their many performances. Fantastic, what unbelievable musicians and they show off the wonderful music of The Beatles at its very best. Looking forward to seeing The Analogues (many times) once the world returns to normality!
you guys are CRAZY good! I never bother or listen to cover bands especially ones that try the their hand at the Beatles cause I am always dissatisfied. I am a huge Beatle fan and this is music perfection, thank you for your commitment.🎸🎹🎺🎻🎼🎵🎶🎤📯
these guys are superb.. i hope they can come to the uk.. have recently watched the white album performance (a few times!) ..thankyou analogues, for all your practice and hard work..

John, just came across your comment from two years ago. I am French, an English language teacher married for decades to a Dutch lady. I regularly visit Holland and I can assure you that the Dutch find it natural to speak excellent English and sometimes another language like French or German on top of it. They are a historically a nation of traders and explorers who love to communicate and don't even particularly pride themselves on their language skills. After all, NewYork was called New Amsterdam before the British bought it from the Dutch settlers who had founded it. :)
Like you Robert I thought that this soundbite rang funny. And then I thought he may have meant that the phenomenon they were, their impact on 60s culture, is getting much more media attention than the actual music, the meticulous precision with which they recorded the 66-70 albums and the sheer originality of the compositions and arrangements. And that's what The Analogues bring out by playing those entire records on stage. Just saw them perform Abbey Road and an hour of other selections in France and I was blown away. What a labour of love!
