Canyonlands 2020 Part Two

I am just now posting this trip from 2020. I am realizing the joy it is to share our adventures with others. I know I enjoy watching other peoples experiences and I hope that you will enjoy ours. This trip was during the heart Covid and everything was on lockdown. We decided to pack up and leave. It was so nice to breath fresh air without masks covering our faces or standing closer than six feet from anything. It was a renewing time for our family as the fears and anxieties of Covid were everywhere we turned. We didn't have to think or worry about any of that for 10 days. Just nature and each other is all we had and all we needed at that time.
We live in such an amazing part of the country. I love being the photographer of these trips and I try to capture life as it really happens. I also love taking our family on these types of trips. I love the time we get together, and I love the building moments that naturally come from going on these adventures. We laugh together, we cry together, we agree with each other, we disagree with each other. and most important, we work together. I make these videos so that our children will remember, and so that you the viewer will enjoy, and the future generations will learn from and about us.
I am super grateful for all the hard work that my husband, Brek, puts in to take us on these trips. The jeep you will see in this video is all custom built by him. He is also the one to do all the heavy lifting and cooking.
