Those looked absolutely unbelievable. It's hard to find beef ribs around where I live, but the first time I can get my hands on some, Southern Belle and Hotspitality for the win! Awesome video! Edit: I've done beef ribs three times in this last year. My goodness, I can easily see why it's commonly referred to as the best bite in BBQ. Also, I think it's kind of an unwritten law, or maybe set of morals us Texans are all born with, that the only acceptable binder is hot sauce. 🤣🤣
