    Good tour. Thanks. I don't know a single soul who could afford it, but the walkthroughs are still fun to watch on youtube. Thanks to the camera person for peeking through the window of the casita for us. That worked just fine.

      That house is pricey and too big for me :) but it has been selling out like crazy! Tune in for more home tours like this coming soon. FYI Thanks for watching!!

    I think what I love best is their finishes. Like the tile in the kitchen!

    GREAT tour!
    How many of you are still on the waiting list?
    It’s been 5 months for us.
    Has anyone looked elsewhere for something similar?

      trust me many people are just waiting for more Drakes to be released but ever since builders have slowed it has been at a turtles pace. I heard Lennar might be building bigger homes in Elk Grove soon. Once they do expect a video right here :)

      It’s a beautiful house! I just wish other builders would build the same style of house to give people more of an opportunity to buy.

    The bedrooms except the master bathroom are small .
    Taylor Morrison floor plans are good but their main disadvantage is the small bedrooms.
    The other bedrooms should be atleast 14x12

    You didn’t see the price

    • @SacramentoRealEstate
      @SacramentoRealEstate  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Right now the base is $847,000. This can be deceptive because after every release of homes they increase the price.

    Mark, your comment regarding the bathrooms close together downstairs was odd. That bathroom in the hall is the powder room and the more common toilet for guests who obviously wont be needing to see a shower. Then the en-suite full bath in the bedroom is supposed to be there to even warrant it to be a full guest suite. If there was no bathroom IN that room, then that bathroom in the hall would be a full bath, but the people staying in the bedroom would lose full privacy as they have to go through the hallway and public area to access the bath. I'm a bit shocked to hear your sentiments on this as this has been a common thing for not just modern homes today but for at least a decade. Maybe you just had a brainfart and forgot that is how its SUPPOSED to be lol. The "little sitting area" you referred to by the front of the house could be considered as a formal living room which is very rare but still welcomed if the space allows it. That is what makes the Drake special as it still has that which has been nearly omited on all new homes. It allows guests to stay put there without inviting them in deeper into the main family area.

      everyone has an off day :) Also my camera guy forgot to charge the mics and this is a new way for us doing home tours. LOL Trust me they will get better. Question: What type of home tours do you prefer?
