They came stock with no bearing systems which weren't as smooth. This version of the Force 40 system was stock on very early 1990's Cannondale mountain bikes, such as the M2000, Delta V2000, and SE Omega. These kits contain all hardware associated with the rollers for front and rear. I have that same bike but I made her a single speed, ungraded the brakes & installed low profile BMX bars.
