I wish more players on DMZ thought like you. I"m an extremely casual player that absolutely loves DMZ and still trying to do the missions but get wiped out 98% of the time by squads that will just loot you and not pick you up. I usually play solo because I'm not that good compared to more experienced players that play all the time and when in a squad they just shit talk you. Many times it makes me not want to play, but I love it and go back and take the beating. Love watching your content though, it has helped me understand the game and how to get better.

Just sucks when you get teams that hunt solos. Takes the fun away. I did go into the complex and run into a team that helped me kill the sniper. Was a super fun game.
Nobody really hunts solos. They usually c a player and kill them and think u have teammates. If u dont cry about getting killed by a team while solo u will usually get picked up but also dont expect 2 get anything back cuz u wont get picked up then either

First time playing DMZ i had no mic and didn't really understand what an extraction shooter even was even though i had been playing COD since the beginning. I was surprised when i heard teams talking around me. Next rounds i plugged in my iPhone headphones and i was the tater mic LOL. Not soon after that I got my first gaming head set, upgraded to a gaming PC and it all snowballed from there. Met some good friends that I play with regularly and I'm still enjoying DMZ. Probably because I'm on the forever search for those season 2 vibes.
Ok. Delta Force looks good. But, no other extraction will give you the player interaction that DMZ does. The Pleading, the assimilation, no comparison.
Not just a newbie, I just plain suck - happy to admit it. I was an atari kid do yeah getting on and never got good at Pac Man (and I played too much sport!). I love it when some experienced players take me on - its rare. I don't have cache of guns, I don't think I even completed a mission and in a few hundred games, killed a total of 3 operators. Now I play vicariously through Phix and others. Keep helping out us less skilled players. We salute you!
I love helping new guys, and showing then dmz isn't about coming up from looting players but missions and craft with pvp as a side note... heck yes The sweats don't realize NO ONE wants to spawn in and die in 3 min of a game getting spawn rushed so no new blood will come... your right, need the basics of what DMZ is to keep it alive
Bro, there's a lot of us that aren't noobs or sweats. I still have plenty of missions that need to be completed and run into similar players often enough. Some of us just prefer this over multiplayer and WZ. The vibe is just different.

Have had my share of breaks from DMZ in the past year or so. Took 3 months off after the Halloween event and tried Warzone on the big map. Stopped having fun after the first month even though I kept playing; Found myself coming back to DMZ. Needed a break from DMZ, and Delta Force has been a great time. Needless to say, when Delta Force alpha ends, I'll probably find myself back on DMZ. It's not perfect by any means, but damn is Al Mazrah such a great map. Sure blows Urzikstan out of the water.

I have been trying to get all my player slots to a level 10 exfill streak. I have a few done but still haven't gotten to 10th level with my 4th slot yet. This requires contracts and exfilling to accomplish and it makes for some interesting game play. And I always play solo...don't like playing with randoms who either never use a mic or just plain do stupid stuff and then i get their stupid prizes. Very rarely do I get randoms that want to play the game as it was intended.
Today i had a raid and encountered literally 3 underbarrel glitchers and my teammate was one of em , next raid got killed by an underground glitcher in Ashika and all his teammates were doing the glitch , this is probably my last time playing the game it's been such a beautiful experience

Been playing Delta Force for 3 weeks. Just ditched it and went back to DMZ. It can't be beat. I hope they finalize it at some point in time, or better yet, pick it back up again and actively support it.
My father in law has been trying to play DMZ for a long time, but unable to play alone. I just bought it last night so hopefully the two of us can get some wins.
Loved MW2019 but hated how MW2 felt like a weird downgrade in terms of gameplay and the graphics and weird FOV which made all the enemies look tiny. But when I tried the free mode DMZ I was impressed and put a ton of hours into it back in 2022.
There seems to be a new trend on the EU servers. I've had multiple teammates recently who spend the entire match running around without a vest. Not only that, but they dont even plate up their standard vest. I tried all game to get Billy to take a 3 plate medic, even on the exfil chopper, but alas, it just wasn't to be 😂

I don't fall into either of those categories. But I had to quit because none of the modes in MW2 or MW3 (including campaigns) will run w/o lagging/gltching to hell and back. And they won't fix it. Screw cod. Screw Activision.

My advice dont take anything personal when they talk and try learn as much You can when squad pick You up.I play for fun too. observe learn because sometimes we can distract so our sqad change position do a lot to kill another good sqad and belive me You learn You will exfill with them.Also I play solo because ? Learn dont report player:):)
There are still a lot of missions to do it's just hard to do so nobody wants to do it. You say you finish every mission? Hard to believe, maybe you did since you played over 5000 hrs Maybe few more did it also but most players don't want to do them that's the problem.

Game might be dead have some glitches and bugs,but by far the best viewing game mode out there. Not bad for nearly 3yr old game
It's about the only game I enjoy watching. Though I do enjoy the phix delta force streams most of the time even though it's not quite as good

Yep! It does pay to play during the middle of the day though. Once it gets to about 3pm AEST/5pm NZT the sweats pour in for the next 8 hours.
