I was blessed to see the Golden Era of Power Forwards. Back then we had Duncan(part time Center), Sheed, Dirk, Shareef Abdur Rahim (he used to do my Rockets dirty lol), KG, J.O' neal, Gasol, CWebb, Antawn Jamison, Amare, Mcdyess, Antoine Walker, Elton Brand, Lamar Odom etc.

A lot of those guys you mentioned are PF/C hybrids that Hakeem/kg/Duncan were the first to be

Josh Smith, Z-Bo, K-Mart, Al Harrington, Alonzo Mourning was PF sometimes later in his career, Karl Malone 2000 to 2003 on Utah, Carlos Boozer, Chris Bosh, David West, Shawn Marion played SF but switched to PF sometimes if Amare played Center sometimes, Rashard Lewis last years in Seattle and all his Orlando years, Paul Millsap etc.

I mean I’m a huge Laker fan and I always hated it when the Lakers played the Pacers because Jermaine O’Neal was always tough but I mean he’s a really good dude

Jermaine had more talent than anyone at that age. Explosive is an understatement. The person he is, is even more impressive.
