I was testing pre-cast with Boruto Karma and it still enters normally at F4, if you have it, try it because the information is useful

so basically tfs naruto wont instacast against true but will against non true s whereas klmn will cast no matter what jutsu is used including true s. also it might depend on how far into the f4 you use the jutsu, if you’re just barely past the barrier they wont cast but if youre a few steps further they will cast
For me, I noticed that if you are a few step further, they will not cast jutsu
But rotation of klm naruto is definitely essential, new 4* must be in the first order
And then he can counter speed-glitch almost 100%

Nfv's biggest weakness when it comes to instacast is that he can't react to true iFrame entries, he will only cast lb if he "sees" a target

The glitch that can be used to finish final room easily before but you must have rush forward jutsu or fast ex ult to do it
Get speed buff, create space, use rush forward jutsu on the gate line then Ult. No one will not react to you and get knocked down
But right now, it can't be used anymore so you need to finish F4 by other way such as gatecrash, use strong supports
Can Naruto KLM without New LB still be used on F4?
Yes but survival rate in F4 will be drop because you miss one true jutsu

Some shinobi like naruto tfs, sasuke tfs can survive even speedglitch didn't work because they have true jutsu to protect themselves, ex ult with long time invincibility and revival effect. Plus they don't have to full clear only, they can gatecrash too
Some shinobi like klm naruto or Rin has ex ult that can nullify damage and immune to recoil
But for edo itachi, he has none

You know before 3rd anni, 90% of shinobi doesn't have status immunity and linkboard 😂
I think you can imagine how tough to finish fortress, especially when you fight with narulight, his rasenshuriken can inflict many status ailments and AM main doesn't have status immunity + can't build resistance because of no Linkboard😂

Firstly, not all shinobi can win f4 without speedglitch
Since speedglitch will not work anymore, f4 can use jutsu to counter you immediately so you should have jutsu that can protect yourself first like true jutsu or nullifying damage ex ult
I think there are only naruto fv, sasuke fv, klm naruto, rin and narukage right now that can be used to deal with meta base
