Great Black Out themed kit and some practical items in there too. The only black out addition I'd consider would be the Knipex Cobra XS. Great tool and fits the theme well.

I don't think the gerber dime is very useful. It's a waste of space really. I'd put pliers or a lighter in its place. You already have a bottle opener on the SAK
