The soft singing works on an album because it's separate from the tracks of the other instruments, it can be manipulated to have a higher volume or everything else can be lowered. In a live setting such as this however, it's hard to hear her comfortably
I really like her music, but I just wish she wouldn't always sing so quiet. She has a nice voice, but it always seems to be underneath the music. Not saying she needs to be Whitney Houston, but just a little more behind it would go a long way.
