WEEKLY VLOG 2 - A TRIP TO MARGATE

We had a little bit of annual leave left after our friends' wedding so took a trip to Margate for a long weekend. We stayed in the most beautiful hotel and ate and drank at some amazing restaurants!

I have been binge watching your videos ( so real ❤) and figured I told you that for your teeth to not shift after Invisigline you must wear the plastic retainers BUT also try getting the wire retainer on the teeth that are stubborn ( you showed bottom so just bottom ..) but you need fitted retainers with that… dentists advise against it but I am starting to think its so you go through the process over and over. ps i know cuz i went through it twice 🙈😅 good luck regardless of how you go by it
