    I used to work on historic sailing ships (Mystic Seaport) and with the right people involved, you can pull all the masts with what you have at hand. No cranes needed.
    Imagine my surprise when I saw you pull a track with the bucket.
    I love machines that can do surgery on itself.
    👍👍

    I really don't mind youtubers paid promotions. Far as I'm concerned, we're fortunate people make videos that we can all watch for free.

    I don't mind the CMs you should get paid for your hard work, I know I have a very small channel and I know it's a lot of work to put out content.
    Cheers from Tokyo!

    I believe that 27C is actually a Yanmar machine. Maybe Hitachi, but I'm pretty sure Yanmar at least had a big influence. Not actually made by Deere its a rebrand. Made in Japan

    why do it this way when you do one side at a time . By swings the bucket around to the side and lift up and remove

    • @16vSciroccoboi
      @16vSciroccoboi 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because he wanted to use the bucket to pull the tracks? Also if you take both sides off at once you only need to make one trip to the parts store. Heat the oven one time when you find the tensioner blocks have been eroded and bent and needs repair. Doing two parts at the same time is faster than doing two processes the same time.

  • @Boosted98gsx
    @Boosted98gsx 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why worry about the welds on that block? It's a rectangular block with 4 holes in it. Machine a new one

      Sometimes it is easier to repair it than wait a couple days and have to go pick up the stock even if the stock is available.

    • @TheGoodoftheLand
      @TheGoodoftheLand  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Correct, I didn't have the stock and it was a quick fix with all the right tools. Took about 30 minutes start to finish and the longest part of that was heating and cooling.
