Is it okay for me as a non-samoan to learn this? I just think it's the most beautiful thing i ever seen.
you can learn any Samoan dance. What you do with the dance and how it is performed is a different question. If you learn it so you can dance for fun great. If you learn it and try to teach others, get paid to perform or make fun of it, then that is not ok.
