No it nullifies the bad effect because of exalted Venus in Pisces and Jupiter in its own sign Pisces. As mentioned- sign matters.

What will be the effect of Retrograde Jupiter 12 degree ( Swati nakshatra )+ Rahu (Vishakha nakshatra) 29degree in (libra sign) in 5th house for the Gemini ascendant be on health ?

Guruji, But many thousands of people are born in the years when Rahu & Guru are conjunct in the skies. By that, all of them should be bad, right??
Exceptional cases will be there but the undercurrent remains. And conjunction is when both are very close degrees with Max distance of 7 degrees. So such close conjunction happens for a limited time frame.

My husband has even rahu-jupitet, mars and saturn in his fourth house in leo. He is taurus acscendant, virgo moon. He is forcing me for divorce. He was a divorcee when i married to him.
